Life Insurance
ATSS offers free life insurance up to $50,000. If your salary is $50,000 per year or greater, then you receive $50,000 of coverage. If your salary is less than $50,000 per year, you receive coverage matching your annual salary.

Long Term Disability
ATSS provides free Long Term Disability through our insurance provider The Hartford.

Medical, Vision, and Dental
HMO or PPO insurance is offered through Care First (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
The company pays for 80% of HMO costs and the employee pays for the balance. If the employee selects PPO, the company still pays for 80% of HMO cost and the employee pays the difference. This way, the company is paying the same amount for all employees.

Holiday, Sick, and Vacation Time
The company offers 28 days a year. They are divided as follows:
10 Government Holidays are provided on that day automatically 18 days are to use as the employee sees fit. These days are earned at about 5:32 hours every 2 weeks.

SIMPLE IRA - like a 401-K Plan
Company will match 3% of the employees' annual salary if the employee contributes at least that much on an annual basis.
We do not have a vesting period - most companies have at least a 5-year vesting program. With ATSS, matching is immediate so the money is yours right up front (a big plus).

Training
Training is available and is negotiated on an individual or contract basis.

Technical Materials
Technical books/materials are reimbursed as long as they pertain to the job. We find this helps our staff stay up to date and proves to be a great resource for helping our clients.

Parking
If employees are on contract and have to pay for parking, the company will reimburse up to $100 per month for parking.

Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available and is negotiated on a per individual basis.

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is provided with no charge to the employee.
